Application Requirements

Please note: The Population Health Master's Program in the College of Health Professions at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is no longer accepting applications for the 2018-2019 academic year. Visit RFUCAS to complete your application. Applications must be completed by the deadline for the quarter you wish to begin the program.


Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 

Minimum GPA of 2.75 overall is required.

Professional Experience

Work or experience in a related health or science field is recommended.

Standardized Tests

No GRE score is required.

If you do not hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, you will need an official score report from TOEFL. (This may be waived if you have been a full-time student at a U.S. college or university for at least two consecutive years, or if you are from a country in which English is a primary language.)

Letters of Recommendation

One letter of recommendation is required, two preferred, from professionals and/or academicians who know you well (i.e. pre-health advisors/committees, professors or supervisors). We encourage letter writers to share their contact information. Letters must include a signature and be on official letterhead. Letters must be submitted through RFUCAS.


Official transcripts from each college, university or community college previously attended must be submitted directly to RFUCAS.

Licensure and Certification

Although it is not required, if you have received licensure or certification as a healthcare professional, please upload a copy with your application.
