Study on Fear of Falling after Amputation

Have you had an amputation of the leg at least 6 months ago?

Whether or not you have a fear of falling you can participate in an on-line study to help us understand the best ways to measure the impact of fear of falling on activity in people with amputation. The study takes about 45 minutes and you will be compensated for your time.
