ASRC Judges Page
This page contains information for those volunteering to judge the Poster Sessions and Student Scientific Talks. Please read the information below before submitting a request to become a judge. Judges selected for the event will be sent a formal acknowledgement email and a Google Calendar invitation for their assigned session.

Important Information
Each judge will receive the abstracts of student posters and talks one day in advance of the event. Symposium judges will judge each presenter in their room (a total of 7 presentations). Poster judges will randomly be assigned approximately 3 participants per session, depending on how many judges volunteer.
Judging Forms
Poster and Symposium scores are tabulated via paper forms pre-populated with the presenter name, abstract title, and poster or symposia session number. Samples of the form criteria appear below.
