Off-campus Housing

Woodlands on Green Bay Apartment Community

The preferred Off-Campus Housing option exclusively for Rosalind Franklin University Students

Rosalind Franklin University has partnered with The Woodlands on Green Bay Apartment Community to offer an off-campus housing option reserved exclusively for students at the University. The Woodlands on Green Bay offers one and two bedroom apartments. Most leases begin in May or August, and will coordinate with the academic calendar, but vacancies are filled throughout the year as well.

Looking to share an apartment with a roommate? We offer the option to request a 2 bedroom apartment with an assigned roommate at The Woodlands on Green Bay, and will match you with another student who most closely matches your roommate preferences. You may also find your own roommate and list them on your application. The Housing Forum is a great place to look for the right roommate match.

More information about the Woodlands on Green Bay can be found on the Woodland pages.

 Other Off-Campus Housing Options

Student Housing continues to accept applications on a rolling basis. We typically operate with a waiting list, but we encourage you to follow up with our office regarding availability before pursuing off campus housing. While we do offer great affordable student housing on the campus, we also realize that this may not be the best option for all prospective students.

We are happy to provide the Off Campus Housing Guide as another resource to utilize as you search for a new place to call home. We hope this information proves helpful as you transition into the North Chicago area. We understand that the transition is sometimes an exhaustive one and we want to assist you, as much as we can, by providing some basic information regarding the area and some of the living options available to students.
