The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science seeks dedicated and experienced professionals to serve as Affiliate Faculty. This role is ideal for licensed podiatric physicians and other healthcare professionals who are passionate about education and committed to advancing the field of podiatric medicine. Affiliate Faculty contributes to the academic and clinical development of students through teaching, mentoring, and clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and supervision to podiatric medical students in various settings (e.g., clinics, hospitals, private practices).
• Deliver lectures, workshops, or seminars on topics relevant to podiatric medicine.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting professionalism and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with full-time faculty and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Contribute to student evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Attend faculty development sessions and departmental meetings when possible.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice podiatric medicine (or relevant field).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
