William Earl Gordon, DMin, MDiv, BS

Instructor

I am a Maine native who moved to the Midwest in 2004. I am married and share five adult children and four grandchildren with my husband, Rich. We are also privileged to live in a home with a schnauzer-mutt named Jax, who reminds us of our good fortune frequently. I have an undergraduate degree in Art Education, with a Master's degree and a Doctoral degree related to human experiences of spirituality and the multi-faith practice of ministry. At the University, I teach collaborative teamwork, particularly centered around interprofessional practice and the TeamSTEPPS framework. I am passionate about optimizing team performance and the experience of being on a team, relational management, and experiential learning in the form of activity-based engagement.
