Madeline Meyer, PhD, MBA, MHSA, CMPE, CCS-P, CPC, CCS

Madeline Meyer, PhD PH-Epidemiology, MSHA, MBA, CMPE, CCS-P, CCS, CPC is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Health Services Administration at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Dr. Meyer earned a PhD in Public Health, Specializing in Epidemiology, with a focus in health informatics from Walden University. In her current research, she continues to use administrative medical data to do predictive analytic research studies to identify comorbidities and other health status factors that affect population health and quality-adjusted life years.

Dr. Meyer also earned an MBA from Nova SE University (NOVA) School of Business, Tampa, FL, a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from NOVA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, a BA in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis, MN, certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists), Lakeland Medical Academy, Minneapolis, MN, and she attended St. Luke's School of Nursing, a three year diploma program in St. Louis, MO.

Currently, Dr. Meyer works as a Health Information Quality Reporting Consultant. She advises and reports quality measures data for physicians, mid-level providers and outpatient facilities for the CMS Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program and clinical safety measures to the CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN).
