Laura Friedman, PT, DPT, CCS
Dr. Friedman joined the faculty of Rosalind Franklin in 2020. She graduated from Boston University in 2001 with a Master of Physical Therapy. She went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in 2020.
Dr. Friedman is a Board Certified Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She is also a credentialed advanced clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
Her clinical practice has been primarily in the acute care setting, with her focus in critical care and treating individuals with advanced heart and lung disease. She currently practices at Loyola University Medical Center. Her research interests include lung transplant frailty and post cardiac surgery outcomes.
