Hope T. Bilyk, MS, RD, LDN
Hope T. Bilyk, MS, RD, LDN, is an assistant professor for the nutrition discipline at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Chicago Medical School. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics from then-named Finch University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School where she also won the Outstanding Graduate Research Award in Nutrition in 1995. She has done nutrition presentations both nationally and internationally.
Ms. Bilyk is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian / Nutritionist in the state of Illinois. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, SCAN (Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists), a founding member of Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM) and numerous other organizations. In addition to working in the clinical setting for over 20 years, Ms. Bilyk has been teaching both on-campus and distance courses at Rosalind Franklin University since 1997. She was recently nominated for The Rosalind Franklin University Award for Excellence in Teaching. She is also the proud Mom of a Zookeeper.
