Elizabeth Maria Hartman, PhD, MSN, MSPH, RN
Elizabeth M. Hartman, PhD, MSN, MSPH, RN, received her BSN from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2000 with high honors. She received her MSN in Nursing Administration also from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005, her MSPH from Walden University in 2008, and her PhD in Epidemiology in 2015.
Dr. Hartman's nursing experience has focused in the field of cardiac, critical care, and public health areas. She has taught at the University of Illinois at Chicago and taught nursing for the City Colleges of Chicago.
Dr. Hartman has also worked in the field providing home healthcare and hospice. She joined the faculty of the Health Administration program as a part-time lecturer in 2009, was promoted to instructor in May of 2013, and is now at RFUMS as a full-time faculty member.
