Edwin Simon, MD

Dr. Simon is board certified in psychiatry and in sleep medicine.  He graduated from Trichur Medical College in India and completed his psychiatry residency at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. He went on to do a fellowship in sleep medicine at the University of Chicago. Later he completed his residency at the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital at Park Ridge, Illinois. His interests are primarily in the areas of sleep and psychiatry.  His current area of focus is on mood disorders and obstructive sleep apnea. He supervises fellows at the Federal Health Care Center sleep laboratory and runs a sleep clinic there, as well.  He teaches students and residents at each of these locations.
