Position Description

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction to medical students in didactic or clinical settings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.
• Demonstrate expertise in your specialty while displaying compassionate and evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote a culture of patient safety and quality improvement.
• Engage in professional development, staying abreast of advancements in your field and integrating new knowledge into teaching and clinical practice.
• Demonstrate leadership by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment conducive to excellence in education and patient care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in your specialty area.
• Eligibility for medical licensure.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentorship, with a solid commitment to medical education.
• Clinical expertise and experience providing patient care in your specialty area.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and interprofessional team environment.
