JBI Clinical Leadership Workshop
The JBI Clinical Leadership Workshop is a dynamic and interactive one-day workshop that is based on the best available evidence regarding clinical leadership, together with JBI’s history as a global leader in evidence-based healthcare over the past 25 years.
Open to clinical leaders and aspiring leaders from all healthcare disciplines, this transformative workshop equips health professionals with information and practical techniques to create a more positive, personal, and professional culture in the workplace.
The JBI Clinical Leadership Workshop also helps health professionals identify strategies that will assist in managing difficult behavior, building productive teams, and implementing change, thereby enabling effective leadership of projects and people.
JBI training facilitators guide participants through contemporary models and tools to develop understandings and strategies related to clinical leadership and change management in healthcare using real-world examples.
The workshop involves a mix of facilitator-led group discussion, guided learning, personal reflection, and analytical exercises.
This is a one-day workshop and will be offered on May 24, 2022.
