Your Rights and Options

If a student is involved in a Title IX complaint, it will be resolved adhering to the Student Conduct Policy. Employee to Employee based complaints will be resolved adhering to University’s Human Resource Department. If the Respondent is both a student and an employee, the Title IX Coordinator in consultation with Human Resources will decide which process applies and promptly notify the involved parties.
