DePaul University is proud to renew its strategic research partnership with Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) for another three years. Building on our shared commitment to innovation in healthcare, this next phase of funding expands the current focus on Artificial Intelligence and Biomedical Healthcare to support a broader range of interdisciplinary research.

This initiative is designed to foster collaborative, high-impact projects that explore critical areas at the intersection of health, technology, and data science. Newly supported areas of inquiry include, but are not limited to:

  • Precision Medicine & Genomics
  • Translational and Implementation Science
  • Neuroscience & Mental Health
  • Biomedical Engineering and Regenerative Medicine
  • Artificial Intelligence & Data-Driven Health

Priority will be given to proposals that incorporate AI components or data-driven methodologies, especially those with the potential to attract external funding and generate novel research outcomes.

This partnership underscores DePaul’s dedication to advancing collaborative research, nurturing interdisciplinary innovation, and supporting the next generation of solutions to complex health challenges.
