  1. Recognize the extent of racism and sexism in science and medicine, and the magnification of discrimination through their intersection 
  2. Explain how biomedical progress is impeded by excluding or marginalizing women and people of color 
  3. Recommend solutions to increase representation and promotion of women and BIPOC clinicians and scientists
