How to Apply

Connect with CHP

  1. Create an account at RFUCAS.
    • Review the application instructions (find them in the drop-down menu on the upper right on the RFUCAS home screen).
    • For general and technical assistance on how to submit your application, please contact RFUCAS at rfucas_info@liaisoncas.com, or 617-612-2070 ext. 5004.
    • If you are a graduate of a degree or certificate program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science OR current RFU student who is scheduled to earn a degree or certificate at the end of the current academic term, please complete the Alumni Application.
  2. Submit an Application & Fee.
    • Early application is strongly encouraged.
    • There is a quarterly deadline for the application, allowing you to begin your program at your choice of four times during the year.
    • Submit a $75, non-refundable application fee. The application fee is waived for anyone using the RFU Alumni Application.
  3. Submit Official Transcripts.
    • Please submit transcripts from all universities and colleges attended to RFUCAS.
    • Only official transcripts will be accepted.
    • If you have studied outside the U.S., you will need to have your transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency using a service like www.wes.org or www.ece.org.
  4. Upload a Resume or Curriculum Vitae.
  5. Upload a Current NCCPA certification.
  6. Upload a Current Unencumbered License as a PA in the United States, its territories or protectorates.

  8. Transfer Credits and Advanced Standing
    • A Physician Assistant (PA) with a master’s degree from an ARC‐PA accredited program will be awarded 15 QH of advanced standing toward the required 45 QH to complete the DMS based on a review of the educational curriculum required for the master’s degree.
