Application Requirements
In addition to the University’s minimum requirements, applicants must meet the following admissions requirements:
Education
- Prior master’s degree from an ARC‐PA accredited program prior to matriculation.
Transcripts
- Final, official transcripts from all post-secondary schools attended, even if a degree was not awarded or expected.
Academics
- Average minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale upon completion of the PA program.
- PAs who graduated in good standing from an ARC‐PA accredited will be considered on an individual basis with an average minimum GPA less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Certification and Licensure
- Current NCCPA certification.
- Current unencumbered license as a PA in the United States, its territories or protectorates.
Resume or Curriculum Vitae
- A resume or curriculum vitae outlining experience as a PA and any other healthcare experience.
Early Decision Programs
- An early decision can be made for current second year RFU PA students each spring if they wish to matriculate directly to the DMS program after graduation.
