RFU Students Awarded GPF Foundation Fellowships

For the second year, The GPF Foundation, Lake Forest, IL, has awarded Rosalind Franklin University students with fellowship opportunities and awards to help advance its mission to save lives by supporting education, appropriate treatment and overall awareness of the dangers related to recreational drug use. Last year four Chicago Medical School students were selected as part of the inaugural Student Leadership Project.

Through this program, the GPF Foundation is partnering with New York University Langone Medical Center and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science to develop and deliver peer-led multimedia presentations to universities and other organizations on the risks associated with using ecstasy and other recreational drugs (adulteration, etc.) and treat those having a negative reaction.

Meet our RFU Chicago Medical School students from the inaugural 2019 fellowship grant.
