Dr. Nils Anderson received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in 1987. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the Naval Hospital and a residency in neurology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. His specialties include Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, migraine disorders, and multiple sclerosis (MS).
Dr. Anderson’s previous positions include Director of Neurological Education and Assistant Internal Medicine Program Director at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Specialty Medicine Department Head at the Naval Hospital Great Lakes, and Chief of Neurology at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center.
His current location is the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, where he is the Acting Chief Medical Executive
