Student Affairs and Education

Throughout the student’s medical education, the Office for Student Affairs and Education (OSAE) provides resources, programs, and support to ensure a smooth progression through medical school and transition to residency.

The OSAE also coordinates the medical education curriculum. This includes scheduling classes, gathering course and clerkship evaluations, and analyzing student performance against national standards. The office works closely with the Curriculum Committee, which is the faculty body responsible for the development, design, and implementation of all components of the CMS educational program leading to the MD degree.
