Master Teacher Guild

Mission Statement

The Master Teacher Guild is an inter-professional, interdisciplinary association serving the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science community through the promotion of educational excellence and innovation.

Goals

  1. Enhance the pedagogical pursuit throughout the University, its affiliates, Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics, and teaching sites.
  2. Facilitate, support and promote educational innovation and effectiveness.
  3. Mentor faculty members to support their academic careers and pedagogical skills.
  4. Model effective, efficient and innovative teaching practices in a rapidly changing environment.
  5. Collaborate in assessment of teaching and learning.
  6. Develop and disseminate pedagogical scholarship.
  7. Recognize and reward teaching excellence.
